How Servinity selects sources
Servinity uses publicly available data, primary research, and documented industry sources. We do not publish claims that rely on a single unverified source. When data is proprietary or estimated, we say so.
How market case studies are researched
Market case studies are built from competitive analysis, public financial disclosures, industry benchmarks, and structured operator interviews where available. Each study documents its sourcing methodology.
How claims are handled
Every factual claim in Servinity content is either sourced inline or attributed to a documented research process. Opinions and analysis are labeled as such. If a claim cannot be sourced, it is removed.
How often content is updated
Servinity maintains a structured refresh cadence by content type. Time-sensitive content is reviewed more frequently; foundational content is reviewed for accuracy on a quarterly schedule.
| Page type | Update cadence |
|---|---|
| Pillar / category pages | Quarterly |
| High-traffic Insights | Quarterly |
| Market case studies | Twice per year |
| Service pages | Quarterly |
| Trend-heavy articles | Every 60–90 days |
When content reflects Servinity analysis vs. third-party reporting
Content derived from Servinity's own analysis is identified as such. Content that summarizes, synthesizes, or quotes third-party reporting is attributed to its source. Servinity does not repackage third-party content as original research.
