These terms govern your use of servinitysystems.com and the free tools and booking features it offers, operated by Servinity Systems (“Servinity,” “we,” “us”). By using the site you agree to them. If we engage in paid work together, that engagement is governed by a separate written agreement, which controls over these terms for the engagement.

Booking a strategy call is free and creates no obligation on either side. You agree to provide accurate contact and business information when booking. You can reschedule or cancel using the links in your confirmation email. We may cancel or decline a booking at our discretion — for example for scheduling conflicts or misuse of the booking system.

Calls may be recorded and transcribed, including with AI assistance, to prepare your quote and follow-up materials — always with disclosure, and you may decline as described in our Privacy Policy. Anything discussed on a call is exploratory: advice, estimates, and pricing discussed before a signed engagement agreement are indicative only and not binding on either party.

Our assessments, articles, and case studies are general information, not professional advice tailored to your situation. Assessment scores and recommendations are indicative tools to start a conversation; you are responsible for decisions you make based on them.

The content on this site — text, design, graphics, and tools — belongs to Servinity Systems or its licensors. You may view and share it for your own business evaluation; you may not republish, scrape at scale, or resell it without our written permission.

You agree not to:

• submit false information or book calls or appointments you do not intend to attend;
• probe, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or its underlying systems;
• use automated tools to scrape the site or abuse the booking, assessment, or contact features.

The site and its free features are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Servinity Systems is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site, and our total liability relating to the site’s free features is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. Updates take effect when posted on this page with a new effective date; continued use of the site means you accept them.
